From an article I was reading for work:

“According to Bandura (1994), there are four underling factors related to the development of self-efficacy: mastery experiences, vicarious experiences, social persuasion, and emotional states.”

Somehow I’m unsurprised that underling factors would be related to self-efficacy.

In novelly news, I remain in continued agent/publisher limbo for Downtown, but edits for Spatterbaum and Zitherbother are going quite well. 2/3 done at this point.

The new issue of Voiceworks (77, themed Postscripts), which contains my short story ‘The King’s Edict, Edited’, is apparently available, but their website seems to say otherwise at the moment.
