Oops, yes it’s been a while. I’m fast becoming one of those bloggers who only blog to apologise for not blogging.

But this shall change, as I’ve finished Spatterbaum and Zitherbother and am starting work on a new novel called Doppelgang, which means that I will be engaging in much procrastination. And that means, of course, superlotsofblogging!

Anyway, I must be off now to finish reading The City & the City before the China Mieville panel at the Melbourne Writers Festival tomorrow. Life’s difficult, isn’t it*?

*Well, I think I might have eine kleine Schweine. . .er. . . ‘flu, so it’s not all fabulous. Will try not to give it to China, although it would extend the rhyme to a hilarious degree.
